Opt-in, read-only Gmail monitoring

This hosted app needs its own Google authorization. It cannot reuse ChatGPT connectors. Authorize each H2O mailbox separately. Messages are analyzed only when a scan is initiated or a private cron job is configured; no texts, calls, or voicemail are included.
